The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of the residence (no lift), offering peace and quiet with no neighbours above. It includes:

- Bunk beds in the entrance area (2 single beds), suitable for children;
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook just like at home;

- A TV with French TNT channels.

Guest access
- Private parking: One reserved parking space within the gated and secure residence, so there’s no need to worry about finding parking in the town centre.
- Residence swimming pool: Open from 1 June to 15 September.
