This 23 m² studio with a sleeping area is situated on the ground floor (no lift) and is equipped to accommodate 4 people. It comprises:
- a sleeping area with bunk beds
- a living area with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hobs, 1 fridge, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a raclette set

The terrace, which overlooks the valley, faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Pendule is situated approximately 100 metres from the start and finish of the ski runs. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. A public car park is nearby. The north-facing flats enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the valley as well as a stunning view of Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest neighbourhood in the resort of Les Coches; all residences are no more than 100 metres from the slopes and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire neighbourhood offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. The resort centre can be reached via a footpath in under 5 minutes.
