Enjoy this spacious, character-filled house (150 m²), ideally located in a quiet residential area of Avignon. With its period charm, generous living spaces, and a lovely landscaped garden (300 m²), it offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for up to 10 guests.
This charming house features:
- a bright and comfortable living room,
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and balcony access,
- three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
- a workspace/office,
- a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi,

The house overlooks the garden and courtyard and is situated in a quiet residential area, yet remains close to the city center. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
