Apartment for 2 on the seafront at Torrecilla Beach with sea views
Just 20 metres from Torrecilla Beach, Torresol Torrecilla 308 offers views of the sea practically right from the balcony. This apartment for 2 people features a private balcony with direct, unobstructed views of the sea, a communal swimming pool and a location from which you can explore much of Nerja on foot, with the Balcón de Europa just 500 metres away.
The flat has a bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable option both for couples who prefer to sleep in separate beds and for friends or family travelling together. The bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
The living room is open-plan with the kitchen and also opens onto the balcony through a glass door. Outside, there is a table and chairs facing the sea, making this area one of the flat’s main attractions.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and the bathroom has a shower. The accommodation also features air conditioning and the building has a lift.
Torrecilla Beach just 20 metres away
You simply need to step out of the building to find yourself practically at Torrecilla Beach, one of Nerja’s best-known beaches, with restaurants, bars and amenities nearby.
Just a short walk away is Plaza Cangrejo, a particularly lively area with terraces, restaurants and shops. From here, you can continue walking towards the centre of Nerja until you reach the Balcón de Europa, situated about 500 metres from the flat.
This location makes it easy to combine the beach and the town centre during your stay without having to rely on a car for daily journeys.

Information about the swimming pool: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. In exceptional cases, its availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance work, repairs or other circumstances relating to the residents’ association. If you have any queries regarding its availability during your stay, please check with Casasol before booking.
Parking: The flat does not have private parking. There are several public car parks in the area, although, given its location next to Torrecilla Beach and close to the centre of Nerja, it is possible to make most journeys on foot during your stay.
