The owner's note, Lola
This small, quiet, and sunny, recently built (2000s) four-story residence (no elevator) is located near the slopes and about a ten-minute walk from shops. There is a shuttle stop nearby and a pedestrian path provides quick access to the resort center.
Vehicle access is possible in front of the residence for unloading and then you must park on the roadside (free municipal spaces).
Spacious and comfortable duplex of 85m² + mezzanine and west-facing.
On the floor of a small residence located 50m from a slope and a 5-minute walk from shops, this apartment is rented for 8 to 10 people.
The ground floor consists of an entrance vestibule, a double bedroom equipped with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large bright living room.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, an attic bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single pull-out bed, and a shower room with WC and washing machine.
The balcony, accessible from the living room, faces west and offers an unobstructed view of the valley and mountains.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, ceramic hob. Television. Washing machine. Wi-Fi. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of pull-out beds, 2x 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 drawer bed, a sofa bed.
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate WC, a shower room with WC.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
