At Villa Les Vagues, mornings begin with coffee by the water and unfold into beach walks, swims and long lunches beneath the pergola. In Le Grau d’Agde, around 500 m from the beach, a 7-minute walk, this contemporary 198 m² villa welcomes 8 guests for a Mediterranean escape with family or friends.
Step inside and the double-height living room sets the scene: generous windows, natural light, golden accents and colourful artworks. Gather on the large sofa, around the dining table or at the kitchen island. The equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle, making holiday meals effortless.
Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, give everyone space to unwind: 3 suites with 160 cm-wide double beds and private shower rooms, plus a master with a 180 cm-wide bed, freestanding bathtub, shower and dressing room. One suite is on the ground floor; the other bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom TVs, 2 separate WCs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a washing machine and tumble dryer complete the comforts.
Outside, the private, unheated 10 × 5 m infinity pool (main pool approx. 1.50 m deep) has an additional 5 × 2 m shallow shelf. Settle into the hot tub after the beach or stretch out on a sun lounger. A large gas plancha, outdoor bar and shaded dining beneath the pergola bring everyone together; pétanque and table tennis keep the fun going. Private parking accommodates 4 cars.
Mademoiselle Conciergerie helps you before and during your stay with local recommendations. An in-villa chef, massages and private transfers can be arranged on request, at an additional charge and subject to availability. Check-in 5–8 pm; check-out before 10 am.
Please note: not suitable for guests with reduced mobility; stairs. Roof terrace inaccessible. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times at the pool and hot tub.
