Ideally located and fully renovated, this duplex apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a modern shower room with WC, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, and toaster. The bright and welcoming living area includes a sofa bed (120 × 195 cm) and opens onto a balcony with stunning views of the ski slopes, the resort, and the children's ski area.
Upstairs, there is a cosy attic bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A second shower room with a washbasin completes the upper floor.The residence also features a ski locker and a lift for added convenience.
