The apartment opens onto an entrance hall leading to a separate WC and a shower room equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit, and washing machine. The sleeping area comprises a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140cm), perfect for feeling right at home, facing north.
The open-plan kitchen, which is functional and well-equipped (refrigerator, oven, electric hob, filter coffee maker), will allow you to easily prepare your meals. The apartment also has a living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).
You will be charmed by the beautiful south-facing terrace/balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the sun, sharing a meal or simply relaxing in the natural surroundings.
Parking is available at the foot of the building, and a second parking area is available at the entrance during the summer. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Located in a pleasant, family-friendly neighborhood, the apartment enjoys an ideal location. A shuttle bus stop 500 meters away provides easy access to the surrounding villages as well as the ski resorts of Puy-Saint-Vincent and Pelvoux. Shops are about a 10-minute walk away (700 m).
In the immediate vicinity, a large leisure area will delight young and old: sledding in winter, ping-pong tables, tennis courts, basketball, pétanque. In summer, daily entertainment (games, tournaments, children's activities) livens up the neighborhood.
