Bungalow Grassa
Plenty of space, a private garden and the Brandner Mountains right before your eyes: The Grassa bungalow offers 110 m² of space for up to eight people and is perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy their mountain holiday together. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the spacious living area create plenty of room, whilst the sun terrace and the 200 m² garden with mountain views extend the holiday experience outdoors.
Facilities
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and the family room has space for an additional double bed and a bunk bed – ideal for up to eight people. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet provide extra comfort, especially for larger families or groups.
The spacious living area with sofa and dining area offers plenty of room for shared time together. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. WiFi and flat-screen TV are also available.
Outside awaits one of the bungalow's most beautiful spots: the 200 m² garden with sun terrace and mountain views offers plenty of space to relax, eat and spend time together. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are also provided.
Location
Quietly situated yet centrally located in Brand, the Bungalow Grassa is an ideal starting point for a holiday in the Brandnertal. Cable cars, restaurants, bakery and other leisure facilities are within a few minutes' reach. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail runs directly past the house, and practice lifts and winter hiking trails are also nearby. Two free parking spaces are available at the accommodation.
Special features
The bungalow is part of the Föhrenhof, an active farm, and is located directly below the farm's own cheese dairy. There, dairy products such as milk, cheese and yoghurt are produced and sold – a piece of authentic Brandnertal right on your doorstep. In summer, the mountain railways are included for guests and make the bungalow an ideal starting point for hikes and days out in the mountains.
