Bungalow Grassa
Plenty of space, a large garden and the Brandner Mountains right before your eyes: The Bungalow Grassa at the Föhrenhof offers 110 m² of space for up to eight people and is perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy their mountain holiday together. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the sunny terrace create plenty of room for relaxed holiday days in the heart of Brand.
Facilities
Two bedrooms with double beds and a family room with a double bed and bunk bed comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet provide additional comfort even for larger families or groups.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is well equipped for shared holiday days: electric hob, oven and dishwasher are included, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment and a filter coffee machine. Kettle and toaster complete the equipment. The cosy living area offers plenty of space for eating, socialising and relaxing.
The accommodation also includes two outdoor parking spaces.
Location
The Föhrenhof is centrally located yet peaceful in Brand. You can reach the bathing lake, mountain railway, golf course, restaurants, bakery, tennis courts, riding stable and other leisure facilities within a few minutes' walk. Hikes and active days in the Brandner mountain world start practically on your doorstep. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs directly past the farm.
Special features
Around 200 m² of garden and a sunny terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill offer plenty of space for shared time outdoors – with views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
A special feature is the history of the bungalow: it is located in the former cheese cellar of the Föhrenhof, directly below the farm's own dairy. Since production still takes place here today, sounds from the dairy can occasionally be heard.
Fresh milk as well as yoghurt and cheese made on-site are available directly at the Föhrenhof – it couldn't be more regional.
