Located on the ground floor, this holiday flat, measuring approximately 24m², comprises a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping two single guests), a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
You’ll have access to a ski locker and shared outdoor parking at the residence. Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop; the shuttles are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly.
The flat is located approximately 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the swimming lake, which is open in summer.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
