Fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer section, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, a two-burner electric hob with its hood) with a small bar, possibility of eating for two. A master suite with two closets, two 80 cm beds (joined together or separated), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large washbasin unit. Separate toilets. Access to the balcony from the bedroom and the living room (south facing). Balcony composed of a folding table with 5 chairs and two awnings. Private parking space. Local bikes. Apartment with lots of charm, parquet floor. Very well located, residence of the Grand Hotel on the front line of the basin and in the city center of Arcachon. Household linen is not provided and animals are not accepted. Additional services: rental of sheets, towels. End of stay cleaning required.
