Located on the 4th and top floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator, this comfortable apartment of approximately 43 m² can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a magnificent terrace of approximately 26 m² offering exceptional panoramic views of the Arcachon Bay, as well as a private, enclosed garage.
The entrance hall, equipped with a wardrobe, leads to a separate WC. The living room, facing northwest, has a television and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a three-burner ceramic hob. A hallway with a closet leads to a northwest-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room with a washing machine. A real highlight of the apartment is the large terrace overlooking Arcachon and offering breathtaking views of the bay. It is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A private, enclosed garage is available for one vehicle. The location is particularly desirable: the beach is just 150 meters away, and Arcachon town center is about a 15-minute walk.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (promotional code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included and offered as an optional extra. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price, provided the accommodation has been maintained normally and regularly throughout the stay.
