The semi-detached villa features 2 welcoming bedrooms with 4 beds in total: one double bed and three single beds, perfect for families of different sizes and groups of friends. A bathroom with shower completes the internal structure, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests. The living room is air-conditioned and features a double sofa bed.
The American kitchen is the heart of the villa, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and complete with crockery and kitchen utensils.
