Ski info Altitude of chalet: 1,500 m. Ski area up to 3,250 m with glacier. With 425 km of pistes, one of the world's largest ski areas, 157 lifts. Champagny is well connected with an express gondola lift and modern 6-seater chairlifts to the Bellecôte glacier and Les Arcs. Two lifts take you to La Plagne (Plagne Centre) via the Verdons ski summit. Snow-covered valley descent back to the village. A highlight is the 10-km mega descent from the glacier outpost 'Roche de Mio' to Champagny-Ort, with a difference in altitude of 1,500 metres. Plenty of deep snow options in the Verdons area and on the Bellecôte glacier. Children's/practice lift (free) and ski school area at the top station of the cable car at 2,000 m altitude. Also next to the mountain station is the new "Pic-Nic-Chalet" with sun terrace. To Courchevel/the 3 Vallées ski area .20 minutes by car.

Summer info The chalet has garden furniture, deckchairs and an outdoor barbecue. Sports activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, adventure trail, tennis, fishing and paragliding offer plenty of variety for young and old. In midsummer there is a mountain painting exhibition and jazz concerts in the St Sigismond church. The adventure course and outdoor pool are popular with children. The highlight is certainly the largest national park in France, the "Parc National Vanoise", which invites you to explore it with .500 km of marked hiking trails. Flora and fauna can also be discovered on guided tours.
