The Agence des Orres offers this beautiful, fully renovated apartment for rent, resembling a small chalet! With a surface area of 47 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and will be the ideal accommodation for your holidays with family or friends in the mountains.
Located on the floor of the "Les Silènes" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will find yourself in the heart of Les Orres 1800, close to all shops (restaurants, mini-markets, souvenir and regional product shops, etc.). You will be just a few steps from the ski slopes and hiking trails in summer.
The warm living area consists of a lounge with smart TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, AirFryer, etc...; and it opens onto a west-facing balcony with garden furniture, offering views of the resort and the surrounding mountains.
You'll appreciate the master suite, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with toilet. There's also a second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
