Spacious, its 2 large living areas, lounge and dining room are spaces of 40m2 each.
The villa is ideal for groups seeking comfort and tranquillity.
The thickness of the walls gives it natural coolness.
However, the house does not have an air conditioning system.
An independent studio with shower room and WC with a 140cm foldable bed is also available on the ground floor (ideal for people wishing to have independence)
The upper floor comprises 5 bedrooms.

At 40 minutes from Lisbon, 15 minutes from Setúbal and Sesimbra you will have the leisure to visit the capital but also to discover the Arrábida park (nature reserve and preserved) with numerous hiking trails.
From the very lovely centre of Setúbal, its many grilled fish restaurants at local prices, to the daily market open until 14:00 until the castle of Sesimbra and its superb beach, ideal for families as the waters are calm.
You will also have the possibility to visit Cabo da Espichel with its breathtaking views and its breathtaking sunsets.
