In a quiet, green residential area, close to the pedestrian street, this holiday home enjoys a prime location just 600 meters from the beach and local shops. Nestled among pine trees, it offers an ideal setting for enjoying walks in the forest and the cycle path accessible right from the property.
This spacious holiday home offers a bright and inviting living area with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi access, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, three-burner induction hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), television, and reversible air conditioning; a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and television; and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) (2 x 80cm) and a triple bunk bed, also with a television.
