This charming 25 m² studio apartment in Les Orres has been renovated to offer you a comfortable stay in the mountains! Sleeping up to 4 people, it is located on the 1st floor of the "Les Gradins" residence. From the furnished, west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a splendid view of the mountains and plenty of natural light.
You will be ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort, in close proximity to all shops (mini-markets, bakery, souvenir shops, restaurants) and a short walk from the snow front and the ski lifts.
In the living room you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, raclette and fondue set, and above all a washing machine.
For sleeping arrangements, the mountain-style alcove in the entrance area features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, with a single bunk bed above. There is also a double bed in the living room. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
You will also have a private ski locker to store your ski equipment.
