Great house with 5 bedrooms directly by the sea, marvellous views, for rent in Porto Petro, Mallorca. The interior of the villa is very spacious, luxurious and very tastefully decorated. The outdoor area offers a very relaxed atmosphere with several seating areas. Close to the house is an access to the sea from the rocks, and a small area with sand.
Villa on two floors on a hillside. On the upper level is the spacious living room with sliding windows overlooking the pool, the dining area and a large, perfectly equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, guest toilet. Fantastic terrace with sea views. On the pool level there are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors leading onto the pool terrace. TV room also with access to the outside.
Excellent outdoor area with a very relaxed atmosphere. Swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a manicured lawn with sun loungers and several chill-out areas to relax partly in the sun and partly in the shade. Gas barbecue.
Light cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday, 3 hours every day. There are 3 baby cots included in the price.
Deposit: Euro one thousand five hundred by bank transfer before arrival.
Towels: For a stay of one week there is no change of towels during the week. Extra towels will be left on the day of arrival.
