Located near the golf courses, between lake, forest and ocean, this comfortable villa with private pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) accommodates up to 8 people. You will appreciate the bright living room opening, through bay windows onto a long terrace partly covered, furnished with garden furniture and bordering the pool. The beds are divided between the rooms at the entrance and those at the pool level. At the entrance, a bedroom a double bed (160cm), a bathroom and separate toilet and a room with two single beds (90cm) and a laundry. At the level of the pool a living room with a kitchen area with counter, a dining area and a lounge area, 1 bedroom with a bed 160 and another with two beds 90, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets. The garden, wooded and enclosed, allows you to park several vehicles. Join the beaches, shops, restaurants and glaciers at 3km, golf at 0.5km or the lake at 3 km - (REF 04087) ANCV holiday vouchers accepted
