Welcome to Quinta do Ermitage, a large, comfortable, spacious and bright family home, situated on a lush, secluded, enclosed and secure estate with a generous heated infinity pool, all close to the heart of Arrábida Natural Park. Designed to accommodate large families and groups, it comprises a main house with 6 bedrooms and an independent studio with 2 additional bedrooms - six bathrooms in total, most en suite - sleeping up to 20 people.
The estate benefits from large trees providing plenty of shade, including palm trees, an orange grove, banana trees, fig trees and other fruit trees creating a refreshing and rejuvenating setting. At its heart, a spacious private heated infinity pool of 15m x 4m, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining terrace invite you to enjoy long summer evenings. Abundant parking is also available on the private grounds.
A rare feature: the main house is built with high-quality materials that keep it naturally cool in summer — the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms maintain a comfortable temperature effortlessly; fans are available. The main house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, whilst the studio has its own kitchenette. The main suite of the main house and the studio are also air-conditioned.
A continental breakfast with fresh eggs from the property can be requested as an additional option*.
Ideal location: a stone's throw from the centre of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, on the edge of Arrabida Natural Park, a few minutes' drive from the finest beaches, 16 km from Setúbal, 43 km (approximately 40 minutes) from Lisbon and the airport.
