The villa sits in Peristeria Bay, on the southern coast of Lefkada, perched just above a crystal-clear pebble beach and embraced by green hillside and turquoise sea. There is no road to it — you arrive by boat, step onto the shingle, and the noise of everywhere else simply stops. It looks across to Mikros Gialos, whose harbour holds some of the island's most celebrated fish tavernas, five minutes away by boat. Sivota Bay is the same short crossing; Meganisi island lies ten minutes off.
The house draws its materials from the land around it — natural stone and wood throughout — capturing the spirit of old Lefkada, where rustic warmth meets the timeless architecture of the island's historic homes.
Designed for seclusion and independence, the villa holds two spacious ensuite bedrooms across two floors. Each is appointed with a plush double bed, a sofa bed, and a coffee-and-tea station with mini-bar. The beds are dressed in 100% cotton-satin linens over premium mattresses and hypoallergenic covers, and ultra-quiet air conditioning holds the perfect climate in near silence — so the nights are as considered as the days.
Life here happens outdoors. A magnificent hand-crafted stone kitchen sits open to the air, fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator, alongside a traditional BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven — everything for long, unhurried al fresco evenings. The expansive veranda runs to a grand dining area, a four-metre sofa and a double daybed, all under uninterrupted panoramic views of the Ionian. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and the beach a few steps from your door.
What sets Sea Whisper apart is how you live here. The villa comes with a boat and a captain on call around the clock — part transport, part concierge. He'll run you across to Mikros Gialos for dinner, collect anything you need and bring it to the door, or take you out to the coves and swimming spots that only open up from the water. There's no schedule to keep and nowhere you have to be.
It suits two couples or a family of up to four who want genuine seclusion without giving up comfort — the kind of stay where the days blur together and the only decision is where to swim next.
