Welcome to Villa Good Vibes, a charming 100 m² house located in Le Fenouiller, Vendée. Nestled in a peaceful, green setting, this welcoming property has been designed to offer a truly relaxing stay just minutes from the Vendée beaches. Whether for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this villa comfortably accommodates up to eight people in a cozy and stylish atmosphere.
From the moment you step through the beautifully decorated entrance, the tone is set. Taking the door to the right, you'll discover a lovely, spacious living room equipped with a television, followed by a pleasant dining room with a large, inviting table and a decorative fireplace (non-functional, purely for aesthetic appeal) that perfectly complements this living space. Opposite the entrance (or directly from the dining room), you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy cooking, complete with stools and a mini-bar for shared moments. The kitchen's real highlight is its direct access to the outside: a superb terrace with garden furniture and an awning, ideal for al fresco dining, overlooking a large, enclosed garden that beautifully surrounds the house.
The sleeping area consists of three separate bedrooms, each with very attractive decor:
-Bedroom 1: A comfortable double bed (160x200).
-Bedroom 2: A double bed (140x200) and a desk area, perfect for isolating yourself or working remotely.
-Bedroom 3: A double bed (140x200) and a pull-out bed (offering two single beds of 90x200), ideal for children or relatives.
In terms of amenities, the villa features a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub and double vanity, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine is also available in the accommodation.
Note that there is a garage but it is not accessible for cars; however, you can easily park two vehicles inside the property, just after the gate.
