This beautiful apartment in Saint-Raphaël is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located on the ground floor, this 31 m² studio can accommodate up to four guests. Its location is perfect for fully enjoying the sea, the coves, and the Santa Lucia port, all accessible on foot in just a few minutes.
The sleeping area includes two 90 x 140 cm bunk beds, perfect for children or friends, as well as a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two people. Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee and are available for an additional charge.
The kitchen is functional and equipped with an oven, microwave, raclette grill, and coffee machine. The accommodation also includes a television and a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. A bathroom completes this space.
The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
To fully enjoy sunny days, a small garden with a terrace and barbecue is available. This outdoor space is perfect for convivial meals or for relaxing after a day at the beach or on a walk.
Passengers benefit from a private parking space, with also a convenient drop-off area for arrivals and departures.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Nearby, there's no shortage of activities! Just 600 meters away, discover the pebble coves and sandy beach of La Peguière. In summer, there's plenty to do, with daily night markets in Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus from July 1st to August 31st, as well as weekly fireworks displays, not to mention those on July 14th and August 15th. The large Sunday market in Fréjus is also a must-see. Those who enjoy boat trips will appreciate the direct ferries to Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, the Lérins Islands, and Porquerolles. The Louis de Funès Museum will delight history buffs, and a large Leclerc supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

The Saint-Raphaël–Valescure SNCF train station is about a 30-minute walk from the accommodation and provides easy access to Cannes, Nice or Toulon.
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately an hour away by car. Several bus lines serve the city centre and beaches, providing a convenient solution for local travel.
