This beautiful house in Nieul-sur-Mer is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a pleasant setting with a large 630 m² garden surrounding the house. You will also enjoy a 30 m² summer lounge on the ground floor, equipped with French doors and opening onto the garden and swimming pool. Located in the heart of the old village of Nieul-sur-Mer, by the sea, it is a perfect base for exploring the region.
The master bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm), ideal for comfortable nights. The two other bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190 cm), offering ample space for all guests. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.
The house has two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and two coffee makers (filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine). You will also find a washing machine and dryer, perfect for longer stays. An iron and hairdryer are provided. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, a real plus during the summer months. Pets are not allowed.
Outside, you can enjoy a balcony and a large garden, ideal for relaxing or sharing convivial moments. A griddle is also available for your outdoor meals.
The house has a private swimming pool, open from June to October, perfect for enjoying the sunny days in complete tranquility.
Private parking is available with 2 spaces on the enclosed driveway and 1 space in the house's garage. A free parking space is also available on the street opposite the house.
Located just 8 km from La Rochelle, the house offers quick access to this vibrant city. The Île de Ré bridge is 10 km away, and a small fishing port is 8 km away. Nearby, you can explore Rochefort, Saintes, the Minimes marina, Île d'Oléron, the La Rochelle Aquarium, and the National Maritime Museum. Restaurants and cafes are also easily accessible.
