Welcome to my parents' house.

Beautiful 230m2 country house 20 minutes from the ocean, between La Rochelle and Châtelaillon-plage.
House 1 on the left: 105m2
Entrance into the fitted and equipped kitchen, living room on the left, pantry, and separate toilet;
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a shower room.
The upstairs hallway can, if desired, connect to house 2.
House 2 on the right: 110m2
Entrance hall leading to a bedroom and shower room on the left, and a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen on the right. Adjoining this is a pantry and a large garage/games room of 50m² (with a ping-pong table).
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own bathroom.
All the windows in the rooms of the house overlook the garden.
Each room contains: 2 single beds (80cm each) which can be made into a double bed (160cm), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes
