Treat yourself to a pleasant stay in this charming cottage, ideal for a seaside holiday, located just 200 meters from the beach. Accommodating up to 4 people, it boasts a prime location, perfect for fully enjoying the coastline while staying in a calm and friendly environment.
This small house consists on the ground floor of a warm living room area with its fitted and equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing your meals with ease during your stay.
You will also find a bedroom equipped with a 160cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet for added comfort.
Upstairs, a mezzanine furnished with a television offers a sofa bed (160 cm) as well as storage space and fans.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished on three sides, a true extension of your holiday living space. It features garden furniture, sun loungers, a pizza oven, and a barbecue, perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.
No private parking space, but it is possible to park near the residence.
Its ideal location just steps from the beach makes it a perfect base for a relaxing, sun-filled holiday.
