Welcome to La Forêt, an exceptional 80 m² apartment occupying the entire floor of a large villa divided into three independent units. As its name suggests, this spacious haven offers a serene atmosphere and unobstructed views, perfect for four people. Its location is ideal: you are just three minutes from the port of Fromentine for the ferry to Île d'Yeu, and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge for all your excursions.
La Forêt stands out for its generous proportions and high-end design. The spacious and bright living area welcomes you with a cozy lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove for warm evenings, as well as a large dining room with a majestic table. -The has a King size bed (180X190) convertible into two single beds (90X190), a television and a discreet laundry area (washing machine and sink) cleverly integrated into the closet.
-The second, equally spacious, offers a double bed (160X200) and a proper office area.
