The house can accommodate up to 4 people and consists, on the ground floor, of a pleasant bright living room with open kitchen, opening onto a small garden at the front as well as a second outdoor space at the rear of the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or summer evenings in complete tranquility.
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, one with direct access to a superb rooftop terrace offering lovely views of the sea and surrounding nature. A truly special spot to enjoy a coffee at sunrise or admire the sunsets after a day at the beach. There's also a bathroom with a beautiful view of nature from the bathtub.
For your comfort, the house also has private parking and private access to Pradeau beach.
