Located on the 3rd and top floor of a luxury residence with swimming pools, children's garden and boules courts, enjoy a privileged environment in this comfortable studio cabin furnished for 4 people, with a large sunny terrace for having breakfasts and meals in the southern sun.
Everything is within walking distance: close to shops, the sea, leisure activities and the city centre.
It consists of an entrance with bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine, a shower room and a separate toilet.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS SEASON 2026:
The swimming pool on the HORTENSIAS side will be open from 30/05/2026 to 31/08/2026 from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 8pm. From 01/09/2026 to 20/09/2026, it will be open from 11am to 6pm every day without interruption.
1 swimming pool on the EGLANTINES side from 27/06/2026 to 31/08/2026 from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 8pm.
WEEKLY CLOSING ON TUESDAYS
Dimensions: 12m x 6m each.
A security deposit of €400 via bank imprint will be required before your stay.
