Welcome to our comfortable, air-conditioned 34 m² studio, ideal for a stay as a couple, family, or group of up to four people.
The apartment has been furnished in a warm and inviting style to ensure your comfort and relaxation. It includes:

- A comfortable 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (Rapido) offering a truly high-quality sleeping experience.
- A bright and air-conditioned living space.
- A veranda: With a dining area opening onto the garden, perfect for enjoying the sunlight year-round.
- A private outdoor space with a dining table and garden furniture for relaxing outdoors.
The residence is particularly popular with families thanks to its peaceful atmosphere, pedestrian areas, and large swimming pool accessible to residents.
For your comfort, a private underground garage is also available (dimensions: 1.90 m high x 2.64 m wide x 5 m long).

Due to the extreme heat (heatwave) and water restrictions imposed by the government, we cannot guarantee the same garden conditions in summer as shown in the photos. ⚠️ To avoid disrupting your stay and that of future guests, please ensure you remove as much sand as possible from your belongings, clothing, and shoes before entering the apartment. Please do not get any sand in the shower!
Using the provided bath towels as beach towels is prohibited and may result in a penalty fee. Thank you for your understanding.
**Accommodation Cleaning**:
The apartment, bedding, and linens are professionally cleaned before and after your stay (this service is included).
We provide one set of sheets and one large towel per person. Any additional cleaning or damage will incur a fee. Please contact us in advance.
