This 6 bedroom villa consists of 4 ensuite double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms sharing the same jack and jill modern bathroom style.
The open living and dining area boasts a fireplace and natural wood dining table to seat 12 people. With a vaulted style ceiling creating a feeling of open spaciousness. The open plan modern kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar style worktop. The master bedroom boasts french doors that lead to a private terrace with hanging swing seats, so adults can enjoy reading a book with views onto the quiet outdoors. The villa boasts air conditioning and every room has additional ceiling fans, a welcome addition for the Comportan summer heat. Raffia, weave and natural wood add warmth to the clean washed concrete walls. With painted wooden flooring throughout the property.
The villa is surrounded by a pine tree forest and sandy pits in true Comporta style.
Decked pathways surrounded by gazebo style structures are wrapped in vines and local vegetation, inviting wanderings around the property with ease. The outdoor pool is surrounded by wooden decking, with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax in the Comportan sunshine. Something to note is the pool is an open area so children under 6 years who are unable to swim must be under adult supervision and responsibility. There’s also an outdoor dining and BBQ area complete with a ping pong table. A pathway leads to a chill out area complete with built in sofas and dining table covered by a Hawaian style straw roof for protection from the sun.
