2-Person Apartment with Sun Terrace and Sea Views, 150m from Torrecilla Beach
Albaida II 2B sits on a quiet residential street with Playa Torrecilla 150 metres away (3 minutes on foot) and a south-facing terrace that catches direct sun from morning until late afternoon. Sea views reach every room: living room, kitchen and both balconies. A well-equipped base for two with all daily amenities within walking distance and no need for a car.
A practical layout with everything you needAt the entrance you will find the shower bathroom on the left and an independent, fully equipped kitchen on the right: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine and complete kitchenware. The kitchen faces the sea, which makes it one of the more pleasant spots in the apartment.
The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, air conditioning and access to an east-facing side balcony. The living room is bright and spacious, with air conditioning, flat-screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi with strong coverage.
A south-facing terrace that earns its placeThe south-facing main terrace has reclining chairs that double as sun loungers, a table and an awning — an outdoor space designed to be used, not just looked at. The ideal spot for breakfast, reading or an evening drink with the sea as the backdrop.
The bedroom has access to an east-facing side balcony, an extra outdoor space for those who want fresh air without leaving the room.

The Balcón de Europa and Nerja centre are 8 minutes on foot through streets with daily amenities: greengrocers, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés. The tourist train and local bus stop are around the corner.
Parking and access in Playa TorrecillaThe building does not have private parking. Given the 3-minute walk to Playa Torrecilla and the proximity to all amenities, most guests manage comfortably without a car. If you are driving, street parking is available in the surrounding residential streets. The nearest public car park is approximately 400 metres away. During high season spaces fill quickly.
The building entrance has 4-5 steps alongside a ramped access, with no further steps before the lift. Guests with specific mobility requirements can contact us before booking to confirm the access suits their needs.
