LEFT BANK – Discover this charming apartment located in a small building in the city center, ideally situated opposite the Quayside and the Port. On the floor, this 42m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove has been completely renovated and is air-conditioned. It features a bright living room equipped with a television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a small balcony with a magnificent view of the fishing port. You'll witness unforgettable sunsets. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed (140cm), an en-suite shower room, and a toilet. There is also a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (two single beds, each 90cm wide) and a second shower room with a toilet. Furnished and equipped for four people, the apartment allows you to fully enjoy your stay without needing a car. Pets are not allowed.
Ideally located in the heart of the city centre and only 150 metres from the beach, this accommodation invites you to discover all the fun and tourist activities that Grau du Roi and its surroundings have to offer.
