HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, in the front row on the Croisette.
From the entrance, a corridor leads to the different spaces.
The living room and dining room face the sea, with a direct view of the Croisette.
This space includes a lounge area, a dining area, and access to the terrace through a bay window.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped.
On the sleeping side, two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm).
- A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm).
A shower room with WC and a bathroom with WC complete the set.
The apartment has retained its original character, with antique furniture and an atmosphere true to the spirit of traditional Cannes apartments.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 5 minutes on foot.

- La Croisette: right at the foot of the building. Immediate access to the promenade, beaches, and iconic establishments.
- Beaches: 1 to 2 minutes walk. Public and private beaches directly accessible

- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 5-minute walk. Central venue for major international events such as the film festival, MIPIM, and the Lions.
- Old Port: 6 to 8 minute walk. Strolls along the quays and departures for the islands

- Restaurants and private beaches: easily accessible around the Croisette, for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
