Rural holiday home near Playa de Muro and Can Picafort
Enjoy a peaceful holiday in this spacious country house located in Muro, ideally situated between the village and the coastal area of northern Mallorca. The property is approximately 3 km from Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, allowing you to enjoy a private, rural setting without sacrificing proximity to some of the island's most beautiful beaches.
With approximately 350 m² of living space and a plot of over 8,200 m², this holiday home offers space, privacy and plenty of outdoor space, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people looking for relaxation, comfort and contact with nature.
The accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a full bathroom, a spacious and well-equipped main kitchen, and various common areas designed for relaxation and socializing. The floor comprises three further bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a bathroom. In total, the house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as an outdoor toilet located on the terrace, very convenient for use of the pool and garden.
The exterior is one of the property's greatest assets. It boasts a large garden, a private swimming pool, a terrace of approximately 80 m², and various areas for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for preparing al fresco meals, and a ping-pong table for leisurely moments during your stay.
The accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything necessary for a comfortable and convenient holiday in Majorca.
