Welcome to Levallois-Perret, to a spacious and bright apartment, perfect for a stay with family, friends, or even for a business trip. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, this apartment offers a great balance between comfort, functionality, and an ideal location.
Upon entering, you'll discover a warm and inviting living space, tastefully decorated and designed for sharing and relaxing moments. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to easily prepare meals before enjoying them in a convivial dining area.
On the sleeping side, the apartment has three bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples,
- A room equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, designed for children or as an extra bed,
- A third bedroom with a baby cot, quiet and functional.
- Two bathrooms are at your disposal, with a brand new boiler (changed in February 2024) for optimal comfort, even during extended stays.
During your stay, you will also enjoy several amenities: Wi-Fi, Dyson fan, television, washing machine, oven, as well as everything you need for a convenient and pleasant stay.
Bed linen and towels are of course provided, and included in the cleaning fee.
In terms of location, you'll be just a stone's throw away:
- From the Louise Michel metro station (line 3), to easily reach Paris
- From the So Ouest shopping centre (Leclerc) just a 5-minute walk away
- From a Lidl for your everyday shopping (8 minutes)
- And from the town centre of Levallois, with its bakeries, butchers, greengrocers and local markets
For your outings, everything is easily accessible:
• The Levallois Aquatic Centre and the Pathé cinema are less than a 5-minute walk away
• The Parc de la Planchette, perfect for a break in nature, is 11 minutes away
• The Arc de Triomphe and Place de Clichy are about 25 minutes away by bus
