HOUSING
Upon entering, one enters the main living room.
In the living room, you will find a large open space with a sea view, as well as a dining area.
Adjoining this is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with everything needed for cooking.
The living room and the master bedroom both provide access to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors with an unobstructed view of the sea.
On the sleeping side, the apartment consists of two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), sea view, en-suite bathroom with WC and direct access to the terrace
- A second bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed, has its own private terrace
A second shower room with WC completes the set.
From the main terrace, a spiral staircase provides access to the rooftop.
There is a garden lounge and a summer kitchen, with an unobstructed sea view, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing at the end of the day.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
- Mouré Rouge beaches: 8-minute walk. This area is popular for its more residential atmosphere, with easily accessible beaches, ideal for a morning swim or a peaceful end to the day.
- Port du Mouré Rouge: 8-minute walk. Small, pleasant neighborhood port, ideal for strolling along the sea or reaching the surrounding beaches
- Port Pierre Canto: 12-minute walk. Lively marina with restaurants, boat departures, and direct access to the Croisette
- La Croisette: 14-minute walk. Cannes' iconic promenade, lined with hotels, private beaches, and renowned establishments, pleasant at any time of day.
- Palm Beach: 15-minute walk. A recently redeveloped area at the end of the Croisette, with beaches, restaurants, and a more open, seaside atmosphere.
- Rue d'Antibes: 15 to 18 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Main shopping street, lined with shops, boutiques and cafes.
- Cannes city center: approximately 18 minutes on foot. Restaurants, markets, local life and entertainment all year round
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 20-minute walk or 7-minute drive. Central hub for international events and Cannes life.
- Lérins Islands: departures from the Laubeuf quay, a 7-minute drive away. The crossing takes approximately 15 minutes to reach coves and trails in the heart of nature.
- Local shops: bakery, mini-markets and services accessible on foot in a few minutes, convenient for everyday needs without having to use the car

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
