Located on the ground floor, this functional apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in a residence offering a variety of leisure facilities, including a multi-sports court and a pétanque area.
The sleeping area is cleverly laid out to ensure everyone's comfort. Right at the entrance, a sleeping area accommodates younger children or accompanying adults with a 90x110cm bunk bed. The living room, the main living space, transforms into a cozy sleeping area at night thanks to its sofa bed.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The studio has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. You will have access to an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine for a gentle start to your day. An iron and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.
To stay connected, Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. Please note that pets are not allowed.
To enjoy the sea air, you have a private terrace where you can dine. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted with access to 4 tennis courts and 4 badminton courts directly within the residence.
The complex boasts a superb shared swimming pool, open from 9 am to 8 pm. From the beginning of May to mid-October, it is heated during May and June, making it ideal for swimming from spring onwards. A dedicated children's area and a seasonal snack bar complete this relaxing space.
