This beautiful apartment in Saint-Chaffrey is ideal for a couple or two friends wishing to fully enjoy the pleasures of the mountains. Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift, it offers a beautiful view of the Granon pass and benefits from a perfect location, in the immediate vicinity of shops and the slopes of the Serre Chevalier ski area.
The studio features a living area that easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a 140x200 cm sofa bed placed near the window. This comfortable bed accommodates two guests for a relaxing and functional stay.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven/microwave and a washing machine, perfect for preparing your meals or extending your stay independently. For your comfort, you will also find an iron, a television, and a fan. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi (at the moment) and pets are not allowed. The bathroom has everything you need for your daily needs.
The residence's outdoor spaces include a private ski room, ideal for storing your equipment after a day on the slopes, as well as a games area with a ping-pong table on the ground floor for relaxing moments in a friendly atmosphere.
Regarding parking, you will benefit from a private parking lot reserved for tenants and a free public parking lot located just below and opposite the building, a convenient solution for your trips to and from the resort or the village.
The surroundings offer many activities: direct access to the Serre-Ratier Chantemerle ski lifts (about 200 meters away) and to all the slopes of Serre Chevalier, discovery of the splendid Écrins National Park or natural swimming at the Chantemerle Bio Swimming Area.

The studio is located in the heart of Saint-Chaffrey, close to shops, supermarkets, and essential services. Situated in Chantemerle (200 meters from the Serre Ratier ski lifts), the studio offers quick access to the Serre Chevalier slopes. In both summer and winter, the region captivates visitors with its natural surroundings, hiking trails, alpine panoramas, and numerous sporting and leisure activities.
From the accommodation, the nearest SNCF train station is Briançon, about a 15-minute drive away. Several bus stops serve the town and provide easy access to Chantemerle or Briançon.
Turin airport is accessible in about 1 hour 45 minutes by car, while Grenoble airport is about 2 hours away by car.
