Beautiful 20 square meter studio located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayCan accommodate up to 3 people, but is ideal for a couple.

Warm and well-appointed, located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it includes:
- a sleeping area on a mezzanine with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The following equipment will be available to you: wifi, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is ideally located in a vibrant and pleasant part of town. You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including one of the best Greek restaurants in Paris and the famous Les Merveilleux de Fred pastry shop. Furthermore, its location in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a courtyard ensures peace and quiet and plenty of natural light. The Eiffel Tower is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to easily visit one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
The neighborhood is very well served by public transport, with bus and metro stops nearby. This will allow you to easily get around the city and discover all the wonders it has to offer.
For your small everyday purchases, you will find a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a 4-minute walk away.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It provides access to many Parisian monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
A major commercial hub, it boasts its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and streets lined with shops, such as Rue du Commerce. Its relaxed atmosphere and safety make it a pleasant place to live.
