HOUSING
Upon entering, one enters the main living room.
In the living room, you will find a lounge area with large bay windows that open directly onto the garden, providing beautiful light throughout the day.
Adjoining this is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with everything needed for cooking.
The garden surrounds the apartment and naturally extends the living spaces, with a south and east exposure.
On the sleeping side, two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and wardrobe.
- A second bedroom also equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm).
Two shower rooms with toilets complete the sleeping area.
Please note: the apartment does not have reversible air conditioning, but an air cooler.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car.

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
