The house is ideal for large families and groups of friends, as well as for high-end stays on the Côte d'Azur. It is also suitable for professional teams and guests at major events in the region (MIPIM, Cannes Festival, Cannes Lions, Monaco Grand Prix, Monaco Yacht Show, trade shows and congresses at the Grimaldi Forum, etc.). Its unique setting also makes it a perfect place for shootings, filming or productions.
Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

→ Villa Papyrus features an infinity pool located in the garden. Due to its design, this pool cannot be made completely inaccessible to young children.
For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for families traveling with toddlers who cannot swim proficiently. We strongly advise against making a reservation under these circumstances and reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if this situation arises after communication with the guests.
The presence of children or vulnerable individuals near the pool requires active, constant, and exclusive supervision by accompanying adults. No child should be left alone in the garden, on the terraces, or near the pool.
