Villa Tommaso Maruggi consists of a ground floor with a living room with two large sofa beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace; the floor has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (for a total of 8 beds) and two bathrooms with hydromassage showers. All four bedrooms have a view of the surrounding green forest and garden. The house is furnished with period furniture, equipped with Bose music system, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, crockery, oven, fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, deckchairs, coffee machine, kettle, outdoor tables, chairs and lounge, slide and swing for the children, barbecue and outdoor shower. Hot water is provided by a photovoltaic system.
Spectacular is the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Castellammare and, on clear days, of the island of Ustica.

A WONDERFUL SWIMMING POOL, LOCATED ON A LARGE HERBED MEADOW WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA, WITH A HYDROMASSAGE AREA. In addition, a hot-water Jacuzzi with a view of the sea and the nearby islands has recently been installed!
