Located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, this true urban haven boasts a magnificent and very large terrace, a rare find in the heart of the city, perfect for enjoying the fresh Toulouse air. As this is our personal residence, we rely on your kindness to take care of it and respect the premises.
On the sleeping side, the apartment has three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom features a large double bed (160x200) for restful nights.
The other two bedrooms each have a 140x200 double bed, offering an intimate and cozy space for each guest.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is fully equipped so you won't lack anything. You'll find a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a raclette grill for convivial evenings.
To make your daily life easier, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and a hair dryer are at your disposal.
Wifi access is included to keep you connected, and you will enjoy optimal comfort thanks to the air conditioning.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside (smokers are only allowed on the terrace).
