Upon entering, you'll discover a well-designed space comprising a mezzanine with a double bed (140x190), as well as a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.
The bright and welcoming living room features two sofa beds: one double (160x200 cm) and one single (90x190 cm), accommodating up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine) makes it easy to prepare delicious meals after a day outdoors.
You will particularly appreciate the south-east facing balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a relaxing moment facing the alpine landscapes.
A parking lot is located directly opposite the residence for added convenience. Please note: there is no Wi-Fi. Satellite/parabolic television is available.
Environment & amenities
Located in a lively, family-friendly neighborhood, the apartment enjoys a prime location. A nearby shuttle bus provides access to the various villages as well as the ski resorts of Puy-Saint-Vincent and Pelvoux. Shops are within a 10-minute walk (900 m).
Just a short walk away, you'll find a large leisure area ideal for all ages: tobogganing in winter, ping-pong tables, tennis courts, basketball and pétanque. In summer, daily entertainment (games, tournaments, children's activities) keeps things lively.
