Duplex apartment located in the charming village of Maro, 8 minutes from Nerja. Recently renovated, it features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. There is a fully equipped, separate kitchen with utensils and appliances, a dining room, a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one on each floor), and a private 40 m² terrace with sea and mountain views. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with national and international channels are provided. Air conditioning is available in one bedroom and the living room.
The building has an elevator for access to the upper floors.
It is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and excellent beaches with incredible sea and mountain views. The beach area around Maro is just a 10-minute walk away.
