Discover this magnificent 130 m² house located in La Richardais, designed to offer a stay that is both functional and deeply relaxing. It is ideal for one or two couples with children as it offers two separate living rooms.
It features an east-facing balcony with breathtaking views of the Rance River, the perfect setting for enjoying breakfast in the sun. The accommodation is distinguished by its generous proportions and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately invites relaxation.
The large blue bedroom on the floor is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a travel cot. The large -floor bathroom is accessed through the red living room.
The second pink bedroom on the second floor, also with a view of the Rance, has a 160x200 double bed which can be converted into two 80x200 single beds for total flexibility.
The third bedroom, also on the second floor, is furnished with two single beds (80x200 cm) and a child's bed (80x180 cm). It is perfect for children. A bathroom with a shower is available for guests on the second floor.
To complement these sleeping options, the red living room on the floor includes a 140x200 double sofa bed. It should be noted that this living room is a passageway; the extra bed function is reserved for those who are sound sleepers ;-).
On the ground floor, daily life is made easier by a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a fondue set for cozy evenings. You can enjoy your meals at the large 8-seater table in the living/dining room, which has direct access to the garden.
For your leisure, a ping-pong table with rackets and balls is available, as well as a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee for your comfort.
The accommodation has a wifi connection to keep you connected during your stay.
You can park in front of the house on the courtyard side. There is enough space for two cars.
The location is one of the major advantages of this rental. A small, well-maintained sandy beach is just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for an impromptu swim at high tide. For water sports enthusiasts, the port's nautical center offers sailing lessons and paddleboard rentals.
There are many activities to do in the surrounding area, including a recommended visit to the Rance tidal power station and hikes along the Cancavale headland trail. The large, south-facing beach at Minihic is just a 5-minute drive away, allowing you to fully enjoy the warm waters of the Rance.
