This beautiful studio in COMBLOUX is ideal for mountain lovers seeking a peaceful stay in a quiet residence.
Freshly and tastefully renovated, the apartment blends modernity and touches of wood for a typically alpine atmosphere.
You will appreciate the optimized space offering plenty of storage and, above all, a beautiful view of the mountains as soon as you wake up.
The living space is cleverly arranged to accommodate your nights: the living room has two separate mezzanines, accessible by stairs, each housing a double bed of 140x190cm.
This is the perfect layout to optimize space while maintaining visual separation.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
In terms of amenities, everything is designed for your comfort: you will have a functional bathroom, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, a real plus for extended stays.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your breakfasts. A fan is also available.
Please note that the accommodation does not have a Wifi connection.
For your relaxation, a television is available (it only works with an antenna, so reception may be unreliable in bad weather). Finally, pets are not allowed on the premises.
For your return from the slopes or walks, you will enjoy a pleasant balcony, a dedicated ski room for your equipment and a barbecue for sunny days.
Parking is made easier by the presence of a private car park within the residence, including a private underground garage (space number 19) to park your vehicle safely.
The location is a major plus: you can find hiking trails starting directly from the apartment.
Skiers will be delighted with the Megève ski lifts just 3 minutes away by car, while the centers of Combloux and Saint-Gervais are accessible in 5 minutes.

The studio's location allows you to easily explore three iconic resorts: Combloux, Megève, and Saint-Gervais. You'll find a multitude of activities in every season, from skiing and summer tobogganing to mountain biking and hiking.
Numerous restaurants and diverse shops enliven the three resorts, catering to all tastes. For even more variety, you can reach Chamonix in 25 minutes by car to enjoy cultural and sporting events throughout the year.
The accommodation is mainly accessible by car, with the resorts of Megève (3 min), Combloux (5 min) and Saint-Gervais (5 min) in the immediate vicinity.
For travellers arriving by train, Sallanches - Combloux - Megève station is about 15 minutes away by car, offering TER and TGV connections (in season).
Geneva Airport is located approximately 1 hour's drive from the apartment.
