Completely renovated in 2024, it is located on the 3rd floor of a very well-maintained building. You will appreciate its modern fitted kitchen and its bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
Its west-facing orientation with no overlooking properties and its location in a quiet residential area make it a particularly pleasant pied-à-terre.
The main bedroom has a double bed 140x190, perfect for comfortable nights after your days of exploration or work.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation includes a modern bathroom with a shower. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and filter coffee machine, as well as many practical amenities such as a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer.
